More About the Owner





Victoria is an independent contractor with various experiential marketing agencies nationwide. She works at any stage of a marketing program, from concept development to execution in addition to working closely with field leadership, marketing managers and other employees to aid in the development of marketing solutions that integrate and align at all levels as well as promoting marketing programs, and advertising designed to cross-sell to existing customers and to attract new customers.

In conjunction to working with experiential marketing agencies, Roby served as a Marketing Coordinator for H&R Block Located in Detroit, MI where she worked with District Managers to identify and prioritize marketing opportunities in the district on a weekly basis as well as assist office leaders in the development and execution of office-level local marketing plans that addressed the strengths and opportunities of the office staff and retail trade area. Furthermore, she also led local marketing events and street team tactics that offered a high opportunity for growth in the district or other programs to increase marketing acumen at the office level. She is also experienced in sales where she served as a copier sales representative at Metro Imaging in Sterling Heights, MI in 2010 and Office administration where she served as a student assistant at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI as well as interning at The Farbman Group in 2008 located in Southfield, MI and UG Strategies located in New York, NY in 2007, both where she was a college marketing intern, interacting directly with rep managers to execute campaigns such as, event planning, retail & lifestyle marketing , and radio promotions to become an expert of local and campus arts scene.In 2010, Roby earned a B.S in Marketing from Wayne State University and is currently pursuing a MBA in Marketing at Walsh College.

Philanthropy is part of Roby’s life as she first discovered its wonderful results at a young age, her first opportunity to volunteer was with the salvation army in partnership with Wayne State University where she helped pack book bags stuffed with school supplies and served bag lunches for those in need. From there, she continued to work and donate to the Salvation Army and various organizations whenever possible. At the height of her college career she was invited to be a part of Wayne State’s “Freshman Quests” Group where staff and a group of selected freshmen would canoe up the Au Sable River in Mio, MI for a week while learning team building skills as well as educating them about Wayne State University. She has also served as an Alternative Sprig Break Volunteer where she completed over 100 community service hours to educate children about reading comprehension in Detroit Public Schools.
